This issues has been abound since last edge update. when ever I tries to catch all fetch requests from any websites (even for youtube, google, instagram, etc.) there is not a single network request in network tab but in overview tab it shows that there are many calls that has been every time I refresh the page.

Hi @Herik25, thanks for filing this. The fact that the overview tab shows the requests, but not the table below it makes me think that it could be a filtering issue.
Could you please check if the Filter textbox is empty or not. You may have to click the Filter button first, to reveal the textbox. This happened to me many times, and I want to make sure that's not what's happening here.

I had this same problem, it was not the filter, I tested this by entering a single 'a' which is almost all cases will still show names.
The only real change to the default setup was that I moved the panels to the bottom of the screen instead of the RHS.
To see Names again in the network tab, I had to restore defaults:
...>Settings>Preferences> scroll to bottom and "Restore defaults and refresh"
