[FEATURE] LMOFreeForm support

Describe the feature

Support for LMOFreeForm if it is implemented in the ROM. I know it is possible because I basically copied the commits(import android.content.Intent; and yaap/packages_apps_Launcher3@55f3eaa) from the implementation in the YAAP ROM into lawnchair and it worked flawlessly. I also could open a PR if that is okay.

Why would it be useful to add?

Floating windows are cool and the built in ones in android suck.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
