The GCAM-to-COBRA spreadsheet was updated on Nov. 28th, 2024. The updated version includes several modifications to the crosswalk to correctly match several industrial categories. The link in the original post can be used to access the revised spreadsheet. |

We are pleased to announce that the GLIMPSE-to-COBRA bridge spreadsheet is now publicly available: GLIMPSE-to-COBRA bridge spreadsheet v2024.08.23 - Catalog (data.gov)
The purpose of this spreadsheet is to process emissions data from GCAM-USA 5.4/6.0./7.0/7.1 into a format that can used with EPA’s CO-Benefits Risk Assessment (COBRA) air quality screening model 5.0/5.1 (https://epa.gov/cobra).
COBRA translates air pollutant emission changes into county-level changes in tropospheric ozone and fine particulate matter concentrations while also producing estimates of health impacts and associated monetized health benefits.
Files are included to evaluate air quality impacts from 2030 through 2050 in five-year increments.
Instructions and a discussion of limitations are provided in the download package.
If you have any questions, please email Dan Loughlin ([email protected]) or the GLIMPSE team ([email protected]).
