In this if I want to download the dependencies manually using provided google drive link, it says I have no permission to access it....
Kindly please provide access, so that we can request and use it

Thank you very much @kexul! I found the t2m.tar.gz in the link you shared. Do you know where can I found kit.tar.gz? The link to kit.tar.gz has the same permission issue.

There are kit and t2m in the compressed tar.gz file, just uncompressed it and you'll get both of them.
