What it does

Claims to optimize the performance of both the integrated server (Singleplayer/LAN) and the dedicated server without modifying vanilla behavior.

Why should it be in the modpack

Claims to port several important PaperMC patches, Listed below are notable ones:

  • Chunk system rewrite,
  • Collision optimizations,
  • Entity tracker optimizations,
  • Random ticking optimizations,
  • Starlight merged into the mod directly.

And can be configured under the moonrise.yml file aswell as mod menu.

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

Does not support C2ME + Not Enough Crashes (if they were ever included with this modpack) and is both untested and in beta stage.

Additional details

This is also compatible with NeoForge, however i am a bit skeptical about this mod actually being the so-called "Lithium 2.0" in nature and given that spottedleaf is known for making both tuinity and folia - thought this might interest someone.
