Claims to port several important PaperMC patches, Listed below are notable ones:
Chunk system rewrite,
Collision optimizations,
Entity tracker optimizations,
Random ticking optimizations,
Starlight merged into the mod directly.
And can be configured under the moonrise.yml file aswell as mod menu.
Why shouldn't it be in the modpack
Does not support C2ME + Not Enough Crashes (if they were ever included with this modpack) and is both untested and in beta stage.
Additional details
This is also compatible with NeoForge, however i am a bit skeptical about this mod actually being the so-called "Lithium 2.0" in nature and given that spottedleaf is known for making both tuinity and folia - thought this might interest someone.
