[Suggestion] Change to Overworld Fog/Hue

It's a good lightweight shaderpack. My only gripe is the atmospherics that I can't seem to change. It's the really orange fog hue, i hate it.

I would say the orange hue aims to mimic the fog color in Super Duper Graphics Pack back then. Having it adjustable might be desirable perhaps, will wait for reply from @Eldeston on this.

Hello, I have planned to make an overhaul to the volumetric fog. I will take note of your suggestion for adjustable settings and keep this post open.
