How to update ontologies in OLS

I am using docker to test out OLS and I would like to know the following:

• How to update the content of OLS after adding a new ontology to ols-config.yaml? I got a bare bones docker instance up without anything in the the config file, but then ran into errors when I tried to update the content of the indexer
• Can I selectively choose/omit certain definitions in an ontology? Not sure if this is possible...

You cannot change the config or the ontologies once OLS is up and running. Thus you have to ensure config and the ontologies are correct before running the indexer. This is also true or OLS4, which we recommend you to use.
