Question regarding exact search in OLS

Hello

I have a question concerning a search I am performing using OLS. I
searched "humeroradial synostosis" using "exact" search filter and
ontologies restricted to: EFO, MONDO, DOID, MP.

I am getting following hits.

1. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MONDO_0007737 --> humeroradial synostosis
2. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/DOID_0060467 --> humeroradial synostosis
3. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MONDO_0009356 --> autosomal recessive humeroradial synostosis

I do not understand why I am getting the below hit. This does not look like
exact match. How can I exclude it from my analysis.
http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MONDO_0009356 --> autosomal recessive humeroradial synostosis

MONDO_0009356 is returned because "humeroradial synostosis" is defined in the ontology as a synonym. See screenshot below.
