Please also provide the invitation letters (A4/A3) also over the website, so that I can easy print that and share to my colleagues.

I think its a great idea. We could attach it to the announcements here in the issues and reference the uploaded files from the website.

That's a great idea. The posters are already part of the repo , maybe we could link to them in the front matter.
