Adding files in Kotlin folder

Required changes in Kotlin folder

It appears that the Kotlin directory lags behind the other language directories. Currently, I am learning Kotlin for Android development, so I am able to contribute by adding more files to the Kotlin directory. However, there are still several files that are requested in the issues section but do not currently exist in the Kotlin directory. I have submitted pull requests for all the requested files that are present.

Yes alright ! I will list all the files that I can add in kotlin folder here in 2 days because tomorrow I have to move back to college don't worry it will only take max 2 days. I have already planned the files I can add in the Kotlin section. @yangc95 Thanks for the opportunity !

@yangc95 you can check the pr I'm opening and I will check the files from java folder which are not present in the kotlin folder and add them in the kotlin folder. Like today I added string.md in the kotlin folder which was not present in the kotlin folder. Check #1472.

If you allow me I can add more files for kotlin folder like this and hope I will complete it also like other folders out there.
