Nexus uses a certificate provided by a shared service. That certificate needs renewing every 4 months. There's a custom Action menu item, renew, which supposedly does that, though it fails with error at the moment.

We need a way to automate updating that certificate. Currently, it's using letsencrypt, and that seems to have trouble poking out through the firewall, or something like that. See microsoft#4166 for details.
