Fixed. In the header of the source files, there was the Apache-2.0 license already. Now explicitly in the root of the directory.

What, more generally, is the status of this code? I see that, aside from today's license addition and a small documentation fix in March, the last commits were in 2012 -- and in fact, they all seem to have been on a single day, presumably the day you migrated from Google Code to GitHub. Does the subsequent silence indicate a mature project or an abandoned one?

Do you know if this is in use anywhere?
