Describe the bug

Whenever the plugin autoupdates, the plugin no longer works and we get a 401 error.

I've checked that the API key is correct and that we're using the current Twitter access levels.

I have been rolling the plugin back to 2.0 to get it to work (still, with some bugs: like not saving the text for a scheduled post, which just results in the title being tweet), but would like to know if it's possible for us to use the newest version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to tweet for a scheduled or published post for a Newspack website.
